Math Word List-Every teacher at every grade level should print these out and use the vocabulary with all of the students.  The students need to know, be familiar with and comprehend these math vocabulary words.  They can not be successful if they do not understand the vocabulary.

This year the ISAT test booklets will come with their own rulers for the students to use.  It is highly recommended that you print out the rules and use them with the students so that they become familiar with the ruler.  Click on this link to the rulers:

Math Scoring Rubrics:

There are scoring rubrics for the teacher and also student friendly ones.  It would be a good idea to share the student friendly rubrics with the students.  As the students participate in test preparation and sample problems, they should be reviewing the rubrics so that they understand how they will be scored.
