Parent surveys were sent home with the students. Thirty-two percent (28 of 87 families) were returned. Items with the highest percentage included teacher communication with parents and parental involvement in school activities. Lowest percentage of positive responses was parent day time activities. No other items were surprising or noteworthy based on previous surveys. Major comment themes included: parental appreciation of a caring staff, individual attention, and small school environment and class size. |
