Character Word- Be Honest

We had 775 seeds in our huge pumpkin.  We were able to group our seeds in hundreds, tens, and ones!

Wow, I can't believe we are into November already.  Please remember that next Wednesday is a 1/2 day of student attendance.  Students get out at 11:25. 

The students have been working very hard on our Native American unit.  Each group has been studying a tribe from a different region of the U.S.  They are researching things such as transportation, religion, roles of the men and women, types of home, what they eat, etc.  The students are making Power Point presentations to teach the rest of the class about their tribe.  They are also researching a game or craft to have the class make that is related to their tribe.  The class is excited to become the teacher for this unit.
